Our enviable market share and and strong Nationwide presence has committed Mectron, in walking hand in hand with our customers once we supply and install the equipments. Equipment being our forte, we provide all kinds of After Sales support services to our own as well as third party installations across various locations. We are providing after sales support for an installation base of more than 2000, KaVo, units sold Nationwide.
Mectron India, offers a comprehensive range of service programmes, from fixed-cost maintenance contracts to our basic annual service subscription. But for us service is more than service contracts. . We have a number of additional support functions like technical service training, help desk for immediate service assistance, on-line access to e.g. exploded drawings and direct ordering of spare parts.
